One of the greatest things about being a Monkey Bars Dealer is the low cost of overhead.

It is essentially a home based business, with a larger company presentation. Dealers do not require a showroom, in fact it is not recommended.

Our dealers bring the showroom to the clients using physical samples of the actual products, computerized images and presentations, and 3D design software used to create the design and quotations for the client.

Our dealers meet with the clients in their own home and garages as consultants to help the client meet their individualized storage goals.

Monkey Bars has in house design and support staff to develop the dealer website, vehicle graphics, business cards, print ads, and printed materials.

We provide initial in house training, as well as ongoing training to assist you in building your business.

No, it is an Exclusive Dealer opportunity. We offer many of the benefits that top franchise companies offer without the royalty. Our term is “Loyalty” without a “Royalty”. It is a contractual buy-sell arrangement.

How long have you been in business?

Started in Boise Idaho in 2002. Began establishing the “Independent Dealer Network” in 2007.

Do I have to pay a royalty?

There are no royalties.

Is there a contract?

Yes there is a contract that makes you an exclusive dealer, and outlines your territory. This contract has minimum purchase obligations that are updated yearly as your business grows.

Is there a buy in?

Yes, their is an initial buy in that is mostly basic inventory, samples, and design software. The entire investment is just over $12,000.00.

What type of individual makes a successful dealer?

Those individuals that enjoy working with others and have a background in sales make the most successful dealers.

Do I do the installations?

It is good you know how to do an installation however, as a dealer you will hire installers. Your role will be in sales, marketing, and growing the business, not swinging a hammer. In some instances, in small markets it may be acceptable and necessary to do both, but for the most part it’s not the best approach.

How much money do I need to become a dealer?

The amounts will vary depending on the size of the market itself. We will require proof that you have the necessary working capital to become a Monkey Bars Dealer. You will need working capital to market, and operate the business. In addition to the initial inventory, trucks, trailers, and tools. The opportunity still has a very low cash requirement when compared to other business opportunities of this scope.

Do you provide training?

Yes. We provide initial training at our corporate headquarters in Rexburg, ID. We also provide ongoing training to all dealers to help them develop and grow their dealerships.

In addition, we provide a host of other services such as magazine ad design, truck and vehicles wraps and more. Our model is turn key.

Can I do this on a part-time basis?

In some instances such as very small markets this can be a retirement, or lifestyle business. However, in most markets, this is a full-time business from the start. We will let you know in our initial conversation.
